A Journey in a Lifetime

23th December, Saturday

I woke up around 8.30 in the morning. Had few things to be done. After took a bath and cooked instant noodle for breakfast, I tried to finish my weekly report. Had to submit it before Monday morning. At 10 I went down to the dorm’s lobby. I had appointment with Santhyn and Suchada/Gibb to go to Kawasaki. I wanted to buy Christmas present for Youth Christmas Celebration that would be held in Takadanobaba that night. When I entered the lobby, the girls were not there yet. I waited about 15 minutes before they finally came. (Hey girls, be more punctual ne… ).

Before went to Kawasaki, we went to TOPOS department store near Tsurumi station. There I bought a box as the container of my Christmas present. We reached Kawasaki around 11.30. Gibb was hungry, so we had ‘an early’ lunch. We went to a ramen shop just near the station’s exit gate. The ramen’s price is quite cheap, around 390 yen (if I’m not wrong).

After lunch, we went to a store. Shantyn said she saw some cheap stuffs there before. And she was correct. The store sells some nice stuffs with cheap price. I bought a scarf, Santhyn bought hers, Gibb didn’t buy anything yet that time. Then we went to look around.

The girls wanted to spend more times at Kawasaki, so I decided to go home myself. I reached Tsurumi station around 01.30. During my way back to the dorm, I met Danny. He wanted to go to Kawasaki to buy digital camera. Actually we had planned to buy it together since I wanted to buy as well. But because I just came back from Kawasaki, I had him to buy it for me.

I reached the dormitory around 2. Tried to finish the weekly report again untill Danny knocked my room’s door around 3.15. He had bought the camera for me. I chosed the Canon Powershot A710IS. (Thanks for your time Danny!!).

At 4.30 I and Santhyn left the dorm for the Youth Christmas Celebration in Takadanobaba. We reached Takadanobaba at 6 and reached the celebration place at 6.30. The celebration was held by Pemuda Gereja Interdenominasi Injili Indonesia Tokyo. Most of the people who attended it were Indonesian. The celebration went well. After the ceremony all the people there had dinner together. That night I ate Nabe. Very delicious.

At 10, I and Santhyn went back to Tsurumi. We reached the dorm around 11.15.

O ya, up to that time, I hadn’t finished my weekly report yet .
